Whitecane day celebration 2020

Handed over whitecanes to Blind Persons of Maranalloor, Malayankeezhu, Vilavoorkal and Vilappil panchayats of Nemom Block. Provided councelling and orientation training on whitecanes too. Distributed Financial Assistance to economically poor visually impaired persons, all done within the restrictions imposed by State Govt. on 15 Oct 2020.
